Harrison is 6 Months Old!!

Over the past month, Harrison has mastered many new talents... he can sit up on his own (thanks, Uncle B for teaching him how to do that!!), he can roll over, and he has two bottom teeth!! He is eating more solid foods and loves oatmeal, sweet potatoes, bananas, and carrots. Thanks to Aunt Kisha, mommy is able to make all of his baby food with her nifty babycook food maker. So far, it's been a lot of fun, but the bets are out on how long this will last :)

Harrison's six month doctor's appointment was today and he is still in the 95th percentile for height and weight. He weighs 19 lbs and 12oz and his height is 28.5 inches.

Family Christmas Pictures

Our friend Carri is a photographer and she agreed to shoot our holiday family photos. The weather was beautiful and the sun was shining, so we decided the park would be the perfect location!! Harrison LOVES the outdoors, so he continued to stare in awe at everything around him. Although it was great to see him so intrigued and learning, it didn't make for many smiley pictures :) And, mommy and baby are "sun sensitive", so we had a lot of squinting going on too :)

Christmas Morning
